About Clive MacDonald
Clive was born in 1955 and baptised on 30 August 1960. He was brought up a nominal Catholic, and came to a living faith in Christ together with his wife in the early 1980's.
His key theological drivers are: covenant theology; continuationism (the gifts and ministries of the Spirit are for today); whole body ministry (no pastor figure); the prophetic significance of Israel; premillennialism; the church goes through the tribulation
Clive began prophesying in the summer of 1989, and attended a Prophetic Word Ministries residential prophetic training conference led by Rev. Dr. Clifford Hill in October of that year.
Clive co-led the Sheffield School of Prophecy with Dr. Hill and others in 1991. He gave an interview on prophecy to Radio Sheffield in October 1991. He was a core member of the Sheffield Issachar Community prophetic grouping 1990-3.
Clive and his wife were class leaders at Greenhill Methodist Church, Sheffield, 1990-94, where the Minister was Revd. John Trevenna. Revd Trevenna was one of the leaders of Dunamis, a charismatic grouping within the Methodist church.
Clive was founder and leader of West Bromwich Building Society Christian Fellowship, 1989-91. Clive is currently joint co-ordinator of the international Christian workplace fellowship 'Christians in HSBC' .

Clive is a campaigner for continued availability of cash payment on behalf of the vulnerable and disenfranchised. He is a proponent of family-provided home care for the aged wherever possible, and was the primary carer for his dementia sufferer mother during the period 2017-2020.
Clive had a forty-year career in IT, including twenty-seven years as a freelance business analyst working on government and corporate projects, including for Metropolitan Police, HSBC, and the DWP. He is now retired. He has been married for 42 years to Mo. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
